Is external piles
Iam having external piles from 6 years but there is no severe symptoms no bleeding nothing only light pain will be for some time after bowling can I ignore it

The treatment depends on grade of haemorrhoids generally there are four grades grade 1 and grade 2 can be managed with medicines three and four generally request Surgery so you need to consult a doctor or consult general surgeon via consultation and book can confirm the great of the hemorrhoids so that we can manage further

Hemorrhoids/piles are something which are treated only by surgical treatment and only when they are causing trouble. If you find the symptoms are aggrevating like constipation, painful daefacation, bleeding per rectum  kindly take surgery.
Next Steps
