Is Endothik 2mg safe in pregnancy ?
Our Gynecologist prescribed Endothik 2mg after my wife conceived. LMP was 16 april'22. She has a history of previous 2 miscarriages (DnC), though Biopsy was not done by hospital. Her hyperthyroidism is converted to hypothyroidism via radioactive iodine ablation on 17 april'21 at AIIMS, Delhi. She takes Eltroxin 100 daily with TFT levels within range. Her prescription is: Fol 123, Duphaston (Thrice), Susten 400 (Twice Orally), Lonopin 60 injection, Endothik, Ecosprin. Though, i read endothik is harmful for fetus development after getting pregnant. Source of reading: 1mg, PharmEasy, Google. Also: She was admitted in hospital from 26-28 May'22 due to slight vaginal bleeding and has subchorionic hematoma of 21*4.2mm. FHR is 149 bpm, CRL 8.5mm. Please help.
