Is Deworming necessary?

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My 4 year old daughter is not having food on time and also not gaining weight. She eats more sweets and chocolates and sometimes have complaint of itching at back (chunmune katna). Can we give albendazole 10 ml (5mg at 5ml) to her. If yes then how many doses required. Do I need to take any stool test before it? Any other suggestions

According to your child age,For deworming syrup bandy 10 ml at bed time and repeat the same dose after 21 days . No need to do stool examination before deworming.
