I am a mother of a 42 year old girl. My daughter has been diagnosed with severe fever and stomach upset. She has been told to take deworming tablets. Which are the best deworming tablets for kids? What is the usual dosage needed for a child? Are there any side-effects of these medicines?

Noworm tablets may be used. Chew 1 tablet at night and repeat after 1 week
