Is depression treatable
My symptoms match mild to moderate depression.it was confirmed by a psychiatrist in practice chat. I don't know who to approach. I see so much of negativity in YouTube and google. People say antidepressants dont work or after a certain time it stops working. Some people say have a good diet and exercise you will be fine. And sane people say there is no cure just try to cope up with it without knowing what a depression patient is going through. I m totally lost. Kindly suggested me wat is the procedure as I have depression for last one month. Is there chance of relapse even after treatment? Kindly help me as nobody is even ready to believe I mean depressed, that hurts the most. Will I ever have a normal life?
