Is D n C Harmful?
I had a missed periods.Dr given me medicine but I am getting very light bleedings. I was 6 week pregnant. Do I need to do a DnC . Do I have any other options?

First do an ultrasound to check if abortion is complete or incomplete. If incomplete D and C is better option.

If you have not done ultrasound kindly do an ultrasound to rule out any ectopic pregnancy ... if the ultrasound has been done and you are not responding to medications you can take one more course if you want using a different route of Administration ... if still you do not respond better to go for surgical evacuation DNC
