Is cpac mask safe to use?
I have gone thru with a sleep test in a clinic and they asked me to use cpac machine since m snorring during sleep and my oxygen get down to 81 several times during sleep. Should I start using cpac machine for better and healthy sleep

Yes, definitely if sleep study has already been done and you are being diagnosed with OSA,use a CPAP mask accordingly fitting your face without any leakage,get the pressure settings adjusted or you can use an auto CPAP,plus if your sats are dropping,you may need oxygen support as well depending on ur situation.

yes definitely..its CPAP..use mask according to your breathing pattern..there are nasal and full face masks both available
