What was the bite site? As such 4 doses are o.k. , one dose can be taken after 90 days and a booster at one year.

Yes it’s enough don’t worry Just check the vaccine status of the Dog if domesticated If it was a stray dog that bit you check the condition of the Dog - check for excess salivation or change in behaviour or is it dead or is biting everyone at sight If they are suffering from rabies they don’t survive long after active disease starts
