Put lubricant eye drop (Refresh tear) regularly.Wear dark glasses in sun light.Use of computer mobile should be restricted.Wash your eyes with running water regularly.

Irritated eyes can be due to many causes- dust, cosmetics, hard water splashing in eye, dry eyes, chemical fumes, etc. If you see a pattern, thus identifying the causing agent, take care of it. Then go for the meds. Also ideally one must complete the course of treatment given to you. Take care.
Hi..these problems are due to excessive screen time nowadays..
Try to reduce screen time which is not work related at least.
Blink in between
Take breaks for 20 secs every half hour
Drunk waters
Use sunglasses
Use lubricant drops
