Hi How long has it been since you have noticed that you get irritated by every little thing. It is necessary to know if you have been feeling anxious lately. You don't want to get irritated easily and you want to feel calm. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about irritation. In order to determine what is making you feel irritated a psychologist would like to know if you have been feeling anxious lately. A psychologist would also like to know about your lifestyle, eating habits, and sleep pattern. Managing stress and anger will help you feel better. Be gentle with yourself, counselling sessions will help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi, The symptoms you are mentioning suggests lack of self love & disconnect with the inner self. Seems there is unconscious inner conflict going on. Lot of hold on to past thoughts & events. To release the past, & get control in yourself hypnotherapy & mindfulness will help you. Thank You.
