Hi
How long has it been since you have noticed that you get irritated by every little thing. It is necessary to know if you have been feeling anxious lately. You don't want to get irritated easily and you want to feel calm. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about irritation. In order to determine what is making you feel irritated a psychologist would like to know if you have been feeling anxious lately. A psychologist would also like to know about your lifestyle, eating habits, and sleep pattern. Managing stress and anger will help you feel better. Be gentle with yourself, counselling sessions will help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi,
The symptoms you are mentioning suggests lack of self love & disconnect with the inner self. Seems there is unconscious inner conflict going on. Lot of hold on to past thoughts & events.
To release the past, & get control in yourself hypnotherapy & mindfulness will help you.
Thank You.
Hi, Self harming ,and emotional irregularities need to be addressed by a psychiatrist and by a psychologist. You need to consult a physician to rule out any medical conditions causing your problem.
Your irritation to noise and your prickling pain on your foot could be unrelated. There are varieties of causes for prickling pain on your foot. So first consult a medical Doctor for your pain on the foot. Then connect with a psychologist preferably a CBT practitioner to address the issue of your irritation.
You can connect with a physician to rule out any physiological issues.
It seems like you are experiencing emotional dysregulation. Kindly connect with a trauma informed psychologist and consider starting therapy.
It seems to be hypersensitivity reaction of your mind. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can turn into severe psychological dysfunctional behaviour.
You might have a corn in your leg. It can well treated.
Both the psychological and physical issues can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively.
