Irritation, crying, constant dilemmas
I feel worn out. I do get proper sleep but not a peaceful one. I feel scared of myself. Things are going out of my hand. What to do?

Feeling weak , constantly feeling low, sleep disturbances are all signs of depression. Depression is treated with medicines and counselling.First,Consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment. Only on diagnosis a further comment can be made. All the best!
