Irritable with palpitations

Asked for Female, 41 Years

41 lady with diabetes fasting 161 under medication. Had TSH level of 8.65 on 26 February 2017 answer is currently taking 125 mcg thyronom daily but TSH level now shows <0.05. Not able to sleep

Reduce dose of thyroxin to 100 mcgm. Palpitations may be because of hypoglycemia or some other cardiac reason too. Check your blood sugar during the episode of palpitation. If it is normal you need to get your ECG done. Complications of diabetes - http://diabecity.co.in/complication-of-diabetes/
