Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea
I have been suffering from IBS-D(irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea) since past 4 years. Gas, bloating, stomach cramping are symptoms. I had to go to bathroom at least thrice daily. fried foods, masala foods, tea/milk , dal and even raw fruits cause urgent bowel movements. I have not taken any medication yet as with avoiding foods that cause IBS, symptoms are under control. But this is bothering my job life. I am a bachelor and could not avoid outside food. Buttermilk helps a lot for me. Nothing else helps. Please suggest.

Hello..... Is it irritable bowel syndrome or gastritis ,because gastritis presents with heart burning sensation,  stomach ache and avoiding spicy outside foods decreases it..  You better consult  doctor onec.. And there is no other way you have to quit  those food items...
