I believe I've had Irritable Bowel Syndrome for at least a month now, I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety and so it has caused this to happen. I've been trying to take a fiber supplement to help me release more feces when I have a bowel movement, but it has not helped much. When I try to have a bowel movement, I don't get much out at all. What should I do order to help?
