Irritable bowel syndrome from past 5 yrs

I am suffering from digestive issues from past 5 - 6 years major complaints are: 1.abdominal bloating/distension always and round the clock and dull pain always. 2.thrice visit to washroom in the morning back to back and feeling of blockage while passing stool, consistency is soft. 3.back pain, no appetite, and depression always. 4.hair loss ,premature hair/beared greying also 5., heaviness over eyelids,fatigue and weakness. Tests underwent : 1 . twice endoscopy treated for duodenal ulcer due to h pylori. 2.colonoscopy was clean except a polyp which was removed. 3.fecal calprotectin in 2015 was very high was 1940 so my doctor suspects of small Bowel crohns 4 CT scan of abdomen with contrast 64 slice :collapsed sigmoid colon and rectum with mild mucosal oedema. 5.mild spleenomegaly always in the tests 6.fatty liver and once sgpt was 150 which is low now in healthy range 7. Vitamin b12 and d always low. Doctor told that now he want to go for capsule endoscopy plz suggest....
