Dear Doc, I am not able to diagnose if something is wrong with me. Since it is related to nervous system problems, I was planning on getting Vit B12 checked. Correct me if I am wrong. Also guide me what could be the problem. I don't know if this is because of PMS, B12 deficiency or Dysphoria. I want to identify the issue so that i can go for appropriate treatment I am currently undergoing relationship problems, family issues and career issues. This is causing a great deal of stress and there is no one person with whom I can share all my issues. I share some issues with mom, some with my boy-friend and some with friends. I felt i should take psychotherapy so that i can explain some third person what is causing me stress and what kind of medication, dietary changes or lifestyle changes could help me Please help me out Thanks in Advance

Hello Exact diagnosis can only be made after a detailed evaluation. Psychological evaluation and thyroid profile are often done. Kindly consult a psychiatrist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment. Treatment is possible and both medicines and psychotherapy are available as treatment options. Besides meditation daily for at least half an hour in the morning helps you relax and eases your anxiety. Give at least one hour daily for your hobbies to vent out daily stress.
