Irrelevant talking and confusion
My father was treated for gangrene in scrotum part..was given high dose diabetes tablet to control sugar of 312 to stop spreading of infection. After 3-4 days of medication of antibiotics and sugar tablet aflogip and Gluconorm vg2 sudden vertigo was there...resulting in mental confusion and slurred speech rbs were 92, 114 for two consecutive days

Firstly before blaming anything do a complete blood work up. Check sugar levels again if it goes down delirium might occur do get a cgm continuous glucose monitoring done for 7 days
