Irregular spotting
Should I be concerned over spotting between periods? I recently went on a trekking trip and i started having spotting right after I came back. I previously had irregular periods too. But this is the first time I am having spotting right in the middle of my cycle. Do i need to seek consultation for it? Or can I overlook it?
