Irregular periods.. skipped 3 months
Hi doctor, Im facing irregular periods from 3 months. Im newly married in November 2019. I have checked pregnancy.. it is negative. Since 8 months I have been getting proper periods at time..but blood flow is very less.. and it's in clumps sometimes. It stays for 1 day and 2,3rd days are very less and it goes. I have been facing some pain in legs and back due to weakness I guess. Sometimes I faced numbness in my hands during sleep and sometimes breast pain too. FSH and LH hormones test I have got normal  follicular range. I haven't been eating breakfast since 2 months properly and directly eating lunch at 1.30_2.30 pm and not having proper fruits too. Most importantly I haven't been doing exercise also. Is this the common problem girls are facing recently ?? Is there any suggestions? Please give me proper diet plan or suggestions what to do ..thank you.
