Irregular Periods problem

I have taken deviry for 5 days prescribed by the gynaec.but from yesterday suffering from fever and severe back and pelvic pain.Why is this happened and is it impacts to periods.

This might be due to fever, also bcz of pills u took have Harmonal effect. However we need to know the reason u took deviry pills for any further advice.
