Irregular periods
My periods were delayed for up to 20 days. Then I started doing shashankasana and had amycordial. My periods were then regular for a month (exact 30 days) now this month it's been a week late and still no period despite having amyCordial daily. My menstrual cycle on an average has always been 37 days every month

Get an ultrasound done to see for any PCOs and get ur Thyroid checked as well.
