Irregular periods
My periods are sometimes late or sometimes early and not on particular date since I took birth control pills due to follicular cyst. And now the cycle has changed and I can't predict exact date of next period. So what should I do to have them on perfect timing?

It is very rare to get the periods on the exact date every month The gap between two day one of your periods can be 21 to 37 which means you can get your periods 9 days before the last date or 7 days delay Cycle beyond this needs to be investigated
