Irregular periods
My periods are irregular every month it is delayed for 1 ,or 2 months ?what should I do to regularise it. And why it is delayed my all reports are normal

Problem needs to be backed with proper menstrual history, clinical examination, and lab as well as USG evaluation.
meanwhile you can see gynaecologist for hormone balancing treatment and cycle regulation.
