Irregular Periods
My friend had intercourse last month and her periods are not on time. She has taken urinal pregnancy test and it came out to be negative. From last 2 days she is having fever And periods are delayed by 10 days

She might be having delayed periods due to stress. Consult a gynaecologist in person further evaluation and management.

I can understand your concern.
I understand that YOU are asking this for yourself in the name of your friend.
Since the periods are just delayed by 10 days and the urine pregnancy test is also negative. I woukd suggest you wait for a few more days. Its normal.
