I was diagnosed with pcos more than 10 years ago.I had a slipped disc and during that period I conceived. Had a normal delivery. My ortho was against me working out or being active. He always advised me to only rest. As a result I put on weight without losing my pregnancy weight. Had another slipped disc. Changed my doc, he has asked me to work out and be active to lose weight so it can help me with back pain and pcos. Now I hardly have periods for 1 day and sometimes its twice in a month. I'm on diet and exercises under a fitness coach. Plz help me. Need to regulate my periods.
