PCOS - Irregular periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Having Irregular periods but not having any thyroid problem. Pelvic scan taken, PCOS problem. Now talking m2 tone syrup to regurlarize my periods but every time have to initiate by some medicine suggested by doctor.

Hi. If you r having pcos, then do exercise . If you have more wt then reduce it by doing exercise and high protein diet etc.
