Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have irregular periods problem and I have gone ultrasound abdomen and pelvis scan.In that it is mentioned that both ovaries show multiple peripherally placed follicles with increased central echogenic stroma. My right ovary measures 2.1×2.7×4.0cm=vol 12.4cc And left ovary measures 3.0×1.5×4.5cm=vol 10.8cc. May I know what are the problems?
