Irregular periods
I am having irregular periods from the past 2 months. I am currently on krimson 35. Recently, i have started taking an ayurvedic tea. The ingredients of the tea are- ashoka, shatavari, lodhra, garcinia, ashwagandha and saffron.
Just wanted to confirm if it is safe to take the tea along with krimson 35 or if it will have any negative impacts?
