Irregular periods
Hi. I have had irregular bleeding last month in June which lasted for 22 days. Started on 20 jun Stopped on 12jul post my doc subscribed me Pause 500. It stopped on After that doc asked me to get endometrial biopsy done. But as it was the first episode of prolonged periods, I decided to wait till then next cycle. Now after a gap of 10 days my periods ha e started again. Please advise what should I do.

Good evening.. Yes ur periods also started very early .. -if the blood loss is more, then u can take the same... - tablet pause 500 mg 3 time’s a day till bleeding stops - Tab . Regestrone CR 10 mg for 21 days ( not miss even a single day, every day same time at 9/10pm) If u have not done these tests previously get them to rule out the cause of bleeding

Get a pregnancy test if not tubectomized.. Usg pelvis scan, Serum TSH ( thyroid test), CBP

Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning

Take Tablet Regestrone 5 mg three times a day for a week followed by 5 mg twice a day for a week followed by 5 mg once for a week(total 21 days).
