Irregular periods
Hi Doctor, One of my friend took contraceptive pill for first time and after that next month when she got periods it was very irregular being 5days bleeding, then again started on 9th day, then next periods came in 15days. Does these pills have caused these irregularity or can be symptoms of any underlying issue? Pls advise for next steps.

Please consult the Gynaecologist who prescribed contraceptive pills for her. I hope it was not a case of self medication. A detailed history has to be taken before the woman is advised contraceptive pills.
