Irregular periods and body swelling

Hi! My weight is 80kg so I just wanted to know as I am having this periods issue from past 2 months and my body gets swell often don't know to do coz of this my mode swings and I don't feel like do anything so need your help that what an all test I need to do kindly suggest. Thanks
