Your reports show mild variations – Vitamin D is low, HS-CRP is elevated (suggesting inflammation), mild iron deficiency, and urine showing infection changes. These may contribute to your irregular cycles and weakness.
From your history, your cycles have been irregular (sometimes prolonged, sometimes heavy). Such cycles can be due to hormonal imbalance (PCOS, thyroid issues), endometrial thickness, or infection/inflammation. Since you are planning pregnancy, cycle tracking and ovulation monitoring are very important.
Next Steps
• Start Vitamin D supplementation and iron correction.
• Maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise, and balanced diet.
• Treat the urinary infection as per doctor’s advice.
• Since you had intercourse between Aug 13–25, there is a chance of pregnancy if ovulation happened in that period. Please take a urine pregnancy test if your period delays.
• If periods remain irregular, Evaluation needed

Health Tips
• Continue to monitor cycles; irregular ovulation may make conception slower but treatment is available.
• If cycles remain >40 days apart, Connect for fertility planning.
• Don’t worry — with correction of deficiencies and proper monitoring, pregnancy is possible.
