Irregular period ( no pregnancy)

I have been fairly regular with my period till December 2019. I was expecting my period on 4th Jan but it got delayed by 12 days. There is no chance of pregnancy. I visited my gynaecologist and she prescribed me a 3 day course of regestrone. I immediately got my period the next day after taking only one tablet that night. It was a normal period. Later I was unwell in Feb with an UTI and food poisoning and hence was given antibiotics for 8 days. Pelvic sonography was done for the UTI and showed endometrium thickness to be 8mm. There was a little bleeding during the UTI. I was expecting my period on 17th of Feb but haven't gotten it yet. When can I expect it? Should I take regestrone now? What could be done?
