My mother is suffering irregular period since 6-8 months as she is having pain in lower abdominal, dizziness, cramps. Why is she suffering from this Please suggest what to do!

Your mother should be interested properly.Blood investigation CBC, Thyroid profile , pelvic USG ,pap smear with HPV should be done.By pelvic USG we can rule out PID, fibroid, fibroid polyp, ovarian cyst.Pap smear is also necessary at this age to rule out cervical problem.
