I am 30 years old. For the last 3 months, I didnt have my periods.Although,spotting has been observed.I did home pregnancy test which was negative. I am worried..Please help..

Hi, Urine pregnancy test is a sensitive home test.When it's negative and you have had no periods for 3months or only spotting ;you need to go for a pregnancy blood hormone check that's 100%sensitive which is beta hcg test ,following which if that is negative then go on medications for getting your periods after consultation with your doc.
