Didnt get my period since last month
Hello I am 21 and sexually inactive I am a pcos patient my period was regular since last month I didn't took any pills since last month but now I didn't get my period in the last month till now last I got my period on 18 July after then I didn't get it I have also lost some weight in the last 2 months still didn't get my period I don't want to take birth control pills please suggest
