I have been diagnosed with PCOS in the yr 2014..after then i m being over weight..i lost 17kg of my weight by dieting and lipo which helped me to get periods in every 45days..but after i had miscarriage for which i gained my weight amd now again i gained weight despite of diet and exercise..what can i do
