Irregular menstruation
2 yrs back I had pcod then I did lifestyle modifications lost 12 kgs my blood sugar level also came to normal range till then I'm maintaining my weight and diet. Last month I went to CMC Vellore and got myself tested tsh, prolactin, sonography done and everything was completely normal now. But the problem is still I'm not getting periods every month if I don't take medicine then it comes in 2..3..4..5 months sometimes.(anxiety have been my friend past 3 years) Its been 4 months I had my periods the doctor said if it's very late like more than 2 months or so to take medicine like Regestrone. Is it normal will my periods remain like this how can I get periods without any medicine.
