I did not get menstrual for 6 months and suddenly today I got a very slight and light brown colour discharge..

Check ur thyroid status. Need clinical examination to see hirsutism score,acne  or any other feature of virilisation or galactorrhoea.. Based on examination have to go for biochemical testing
