Start tab YAZ once tab daily, from day 1 to 28 days at fixed time, don't stop in middle. This for 6 months, and iron cap also for 6 months

D&c with hysteroscopy is must for endometrial sampling n treating pathology

As she’s in her perimenopausal age group, we will have to evaluate her thoroughly . Will require complete gynaec examination with PAP SMEAR and few blood tests too.
