  4. Irregular menstrual cycle. That issue!

Iregular periods .I get periods once in 1 and half month or 2.....decade back i diagnosed of pcod I were on medication it has been cured again I'm facing that issue

Again you start the medicine for regulating the menstruation You have to take tablet minimum for 3 months.If weight is more reduce it either by diet or exercise or work out.No outside food.
