I had my regular period on 18th March and due to HIIT Exercise got it again on 4th April(withdrawal bleeding) and had protected sex and even had an iPill on 28th March although my cycle is of 28 days till March after that I didn't had my period in April .. i had it on 1st may and again on 29th may after that I m again having my menses from 13th June .I have taken pregnancy test bhcg thrice all came negative ... what should be done ?

Exercise will not induce periods
So the bleeding u got on 4 April was not normal
U should not bleed before 21 days again the bleeding on 13 June not normal
U need investigations to find out the reason fr this irregular period
