Irregular early periods
I'm 23yr old, working in night shift from past 4months. In last one and half month I got 3 periods-exact dates are on 02-Jul, 25-Jul and 09-Aug. You can see the gap between last period to present period is 15 days only. Few tym I took iPills-say 2tyms in last 1 month, to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Plz provide solution.

Madam, thanks for writing in.  This is happening due to imbalance of hormones and use of I Pill. The good news is that this is easily treatable with ayurvedic tablets. These tablets balance hormones and reduce heat generated in the body due to night shifts. These tablets recover relative deficiency of estrogen and make periods normal. These tablets are self made and exclusively available at our clinic. Kindly visit our clinic or opt for courier delivery option. For further assistance, kindly contact on 9270777731 Regards Dr. Omkar Balkrishna Shahapurkar Pune Cell: 9270777731

Hi, First thing I wud say is to avoid the causative factors such as use of I pill and keep ur lifestyle a bit more active by eating healthy. Irregular periods is due to use of contraceptives and change in ur lifestyle which has lead to harmonal imablance. This can be rectified with the help of Ayurveda treatments such as Vamana, Virecaha basthy and many more along with some internal medications. Pls don't delay consult an Ayurveda physician to know more.
