My wife's sister had irregular periods such as periods coming twice a month and it stayed over 8 days for the last 3-4 months.Doctor adviced Dronis 30 to continue 3*21 (a gap of 7 days in every 21 tab). Last dose of Dronis 30 was on 1st of march.Today is 5th march.. when she expect next periods??

Usually after stopping dronis periods should come within a weeks time..
Once periods start you can start the next pack from day3.
