Your problems looks like irritable bowel syndrome. Its a kind of hypersensitivity in large intestine. More over our emotional condition having some control over it. First find out the food items which are causing problems for you and try to avoid that. Avoid tea, coffee, soda ,alcohol, smoking etc. Reduce the intake of milk. Try to sleep at correct time. Indukantham kashayam, nayopayam kashayam, dadimashtaka choornam ,vilwadi gulika, mustarishtam will give better results.

The symptoms are indicating that u r having colitis. Along with that constipation. First of all for some days follow strict dietetic restrictions. Do not eat any pulses or cereals except rice, moongdal, jwar ki roti. Vegetables like bottle guard(dudhi), moong, dodka (turrai)only. This will improve ur digestion. Take 2 tsf of Gandharv Haritaki churn at bedtime to evacuate bowels properly. Medicines for collitis will definatly work then and after some days ur problems will be solved. Then gradually introduce ur regular diet but with follow the diet rules regularly ie dog's and don't s.

Hello there......, If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people. Chewing gum or drinking through a straw can lead to swallowing air, causing more gas. Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function....
