Irregular Bleeding with cramps

Asked for Female, 25 Years

After being pregnant for approximately 3 weeks. I took two misoprostol alone, insert it in vagina. Everything went expected after the 36hrs bleeding went mild then on the 5th day the bleeding came back heavy with cramps. Why is this so?
