First of all Congratulations for taking a big step...... Every addiction has adverse effects on body and quitting can be worse than addiction itself.. But do not worry it will subside gradually... Take saraswatarishta 3 TSP with water 2 times daily....it will definitely help..

Any addiction when you quit suddenly the body react against that, but not so worry condition. gradually when nicotine level lowering from your blood the cells demand more nicotine. with time weeks and month your body adjust itself, if you takes single smoke during this period then again nicotine concentration in your blood elevates. so be confident do not take single smoke when you planed quit smoking.. take coffee and tea if your desire for smoke... All the best
