Yes ecosprin s safe for the baby..
U should tk ecosprin at lunch...nd iron at bedtime or in morning..
Also if u hv low afi , u need to tk lots of rest preferrably in left lateral position..
Serial monitoring of babys growth nd other parameters s important..
Also a gud scan to rule out ny renal anomaly in baby as advised..
