Iron tablet in pregnancy
Hi, my wife is 14 weeks pregnant, she is not taking any iron tablet. Her Hb% is 10.4 gm/dl. She started taking calcium tablet( Supracal XT plus) for the past 20 days. Should she start Iron tablet also? If yes which iron tablet is good?
And how long she can take iron and calcium tablets? Till nine months or it can be stopped earlier? Thanks in advance.
