Iron deficiency
I work in night shifts and being a batchler, I can only take 1-2 meals a day, a scoop whey protein, and in weekends I have normal eating habits with 3 meal/day for 3 days. I donate blood twice in a year. But recently I suffered a lot due to blood donation in May. Later found that I am diagnosed with Anaemia. I researched on this and I suspect if I'm also diagnosed with celiac disease that preventing from bad digestion of Iron from food and often feel bloated and weak
